POEM FOR CILLA
Memories of the sixties come to life
When young Cilla was "Top of the charts"
She made us warm to her, when she first sang
"Anyone who had a heart "
She was such an inspiration
And made everyone her friend
Her songs, her shows, making us laugh
On her we could depend
Family, Friends and Fans
Have now had the worst surprise
To think poor Cilla has gone
Makes us teary eyed
I've admired you Cilla
from being a young girl
Singing your heart out
The song " You're my world "
Over the years you stayed the same
Your Bobby was by your side
You carried on, putting on a good show
After Bobby died
You were so special
There's nothing you'd lack
Your memory will live on
We loved you CILLA BLACK
